I don’t have access to my subscribed modules. Who do I ask for help?

If for some reason you do not have access to the data subscriptions, here are some resources that you can contact:

If you are seeing a paywall on your end, please contact clientservices@scientificinfra.com, to reset your permissions.

If it appears to be a technical issue, please email support@scientificinfra.com

If you forgot your password, you should be able to reset it through the login page so long as you have access to your organisational email.

Things to consider

If you recently subscribed to new modules but still do not have access on your end, you may need to log out, clear your cache, and then log in again. If this fails to work, please email clientservices@scientificinfra.com
