How accurate are your estimations for carbon metrics?

Our models accurately capture the systematic component of carbon emissions of companies across infrastructure sectors. The models are aligned with the Green House Gas Protocol and with the PCAF’s Global GHG Accounting and Reporting Standard, with an average PCAF score of our models is 2.74.

In a proof-of-concept study done by EDHECinfra, we take a portfolio of 43 infra investments and estimate its carbon emissions. Adding up the estimated emissions of all its assets, we find that our example portfolio emits S1+S2 emissions of 88.34 in tCO2/Revenue (USDmn). Verifying this against the reported emissions we find that the S1+S2 emissions are 80.10 tCO2/Revenue (USDmn), a minimal difference compared with the reported data.
