Governance Framework
The EDHECinfra governance framework is designed to ensure integrity, representativeness and quality of our benchmarks, and in compliance with the EU Benchmark Regulation (BMR) and accepted industry practices.
This framework has a defined, strong and substantiated governance procedures and controls in its development, maintenance and distribution of its indices established through index methodology documents coupled with policies and guidelines as well as a clear separation of distinct functions and duties across the Company. This ensures effective conflicts of interest mitigation and management.
Ensuring proper execution of this framework Index and Oversight Committees are established to govern our indices transparently, effectively monitors, maintains and enforces policies and procedures with robust quality reviews and ongoing oversight from Compliance and Risk functions.
